Can I order the commercial register extract of any company?
Yes. The commercial register is public: anyone can obtain the extract of any company registered in Switzerland, without giving a reason. The uncertified extract is free on Zefix; the certified extract, required by banks, authorities and foreign partners, is issued by the canton of the seat against a fee.

And the debt enforcement extract of another person?
Only if you make an interest plausible: a rental application, a contract, a quote, an invoice. Without it, the office refuses. The signed power of attorney of the person concerned replaces the proof of interest. The details are on the debt enforcement extract page.

Why don't you offer the criminal record extract?
Because the Federal Office of Justice recommends ordering it yourself on casier.admin.ch or at a post office counter, and warns against paid intermediaries. We do not sell a service the authority advises against buying.

Is an apostille enough for every country?
For the states party to the 1961 Hague Convention, yes. For the others, legalisation by the chancellery and then by the consulate of the destination country is needed. We tell you before we start, see the apostille and legalisation page.
