Thresholds for construction contracts differ between structural and finishing work. The Confederation applies the federal act with its own values. Questions about public tenders

Is this a copy of simap.ch?

No. simap.ch is the official source and remains free. Clairdex reads it for you, filters what concerns you, summarises the documents and helps you decide and respond. The bid is always submitted on the official platform.

Do you write the bid for me?

Clairdex structures the response according to the criteria, reviews your texts and flags what is missing. The technical content and the price remain yours: that is what the contracting authority evaluates.

Can I challenge an award?

Public procurement law provides for an appeal within a short period, generally twenty days, before the canton's administrative court. Clairdex explains the procedure, the admissible grounds and the deadlines, and refers you to a specialised lawyer if you decide to act.
