To be ordered from the commercial register of the canton of the seat, online in most cantons. Zurich charges 50 francs plus postage and sends paper only, within one to two business days. Bern and St. Gallen charge 40 francs. The uncertified extract, sufficient for information, is free on zefix.ch.
To be filed with the State Chancellery of the canton of the authority that signed the document, around 30 francs per document. The original is mandatory, which rules out any digital handling. For a country outside the Hague Convention, the consulate follows.
To be requested from the land registry of the property's district, between 20 and 45 francs depending on the canton, plus about twenty francs for certification. The professional portals Terravis and Intercapi are reserved for notaries, banks and property managers.
To be ordered on casier.admin.ch or at a post office counter. The Federal Office of Justice explicitly warns against paid intermediaries and does not guarantee their orders. Do it yourself.

Because it would take an address that receives, opens, scans and forwards every day, and that cost would end up on your invoice without adding anything to the service. We prefer a fully digital catalogue and honest guides.
Order it from the canton of the seat, the route is in the guide above. If you then want to know what the company is worth, the partner file gives you far more than the extract: debt enforcement, bankruptcies, officers, trademarks and a verdict.
We revise them when a fee or a procedure changes. Every figure carries the date it was recorded, and the competent office remains the only authoritative source.
