Guarantees
Our prices are higher than a simple document forwarder's, and that is deliberate: we do not sell a forwarded form, we sell verified work, delivered within a deadline we keep, supported for a year and reworked if it does not fit. Here are the seven commitments, with no hidden conditions.
Seven commitments
For twelve months after delivery, any question about the document delivered is answered in writing within two business days, free of charge and with no limit on the number. This is the guarantee that changes the most in practice: an employment contract raises questions six months later, when you apply it.
If a law, an ordinance or a ruling affecting the document delivered changes within twelve months, we tell you by e-mail and update the document free of charge. You have nothing to monitor.
If a legal answer does not convince you, we have it reviewed by another person on the team and write to you again, free of charge. Disagreeing with an answer is not a dispute, it is a question to take up again.
Every service states its deadline in business days. If we fail to meet it through our own fault, the service is refunded and we still deliver it.
If an office refuses a request, for instance a debt enforcement extract for lack of legitimate interest, you are refunded in full, official fee included. We check admissibility before filing precisely to avoid that case.
On every tailored document. If the result does not match what you described, we rework it, at no extra cost and within any reasonable time.
Statutory article, ordinance or Federal Supreme Court ruling. You can check it, pass it to your fiduciary or your lawyer, and judge for yourself.
In practice
A low-cost intermediary forwards your request as it stands and takes the money. If the office refuses, your money is gone. We first verify that the request is admissible.
A raw debt enforcement extract does not tell you whether the entries are serious. Our commented reading does, and that is what you pay for.
When an office exceeds the deadline, someone here calls them. That is invisible on an invoice, and it is what makes the difference on an urgent file.
Clairdex is not a law firm. When your situation goes beyond what we can do, we say so, and you have not paid for nothing: the work already done serves the file you hand them.
We do not guarantee the outcome of a procedure, the decision of an office or a court, or an administration's own deadline when it exceeds its usual practice. We guarantee our work, our deadline and our rework. Any third-party service, notary or translator, is announced and quoted before it is engaged.
