How a document is built
Canton, duration, salary, specifics. If an answer creates a risk, for instance a non-compete clause that is too broad, it explains before continuing.
Each clause carries a plain explanation and its legal basis. You add, remove or reword, the rest adapts.
Word for your edits, PDF for signature. The document stays in your workspace with its date and versions.
Why a foreign template does not fit

These differences are enough to make a foreign contract inapplicable or contestable in Switzerland. Clairdex never starts from a foreign template.

If a law affecting your document changes within the year, we tell you and update the document free of charge.
The deadline stated on every service. If we miss it through our own fault, you are refunded and we still deliver.
If an office refuses the request, full refund, official fee included. We check admissibility before filing.

A contract generated by Clairdex is a contract like any other: it is valid through the signature of the parties and its compliance with the law. Clairdex ensures that compliance at generation and explains each clause. For an unusual transaction or a large amount, have it reviewed by a lawyer; you bring a clean document, they bill less.
