02Data processed by this site
The site sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tool and loads no resources from third-party servers. The host keeps technical logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for a limited period, for security purposes.
03Contact form and orders
The data entered in the contact form (name, email, company, size, topic, message) is sent by email to the Clairdex team through the Saviano group's contact infrastructure and serves only to reply to you. Orders are paid on a Stripe page: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd processes the payment data, we receive your name, email, billing address and order fields, to perform and invoice the service. Nothing is sold or transferred, and no mailing list is built without your express consent.
04Retention period
Contact messages without follow-up are deleted after twelve months. Order and invoicing data is kept for ten years, the statutory retention period for accounting records in Switzerland.
05Subprocessors
Site hosting: Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland. Delivery of form emails: the sending provider used by the Saviano group, named in the privacy policy of saviano.ch. No other third party receives your data.
06Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion or delivery in a common format by writing to contact@clairdex.com. We reply within thirty days. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
