Conversations, documents and backups are stored on servers located in Switzerland, with a provider named in the terms. No copy outside Switzerland.
The commitments
Four rules that do not change.
No training
Your exchanges and documents are never used to train or improve a model, neither ours nor a supplier's. It is written in the contract.
Official sources only
Answers rely on Fedlex, the cantonal compilations and the published case law of the Federal Supreme Court. Never on a forum or a foreign website.
You stay in control
Full export of your workspace at any time, permanent deletion on request, access log available to your account administrator.
In practice
The answers to your IT person's questions.
- Encryption
In transit and at rest. Generated documents are stored encrypted, backups too.
- Access
Each user has their own account. The administrator sees who accessed what. No access by our team without your written request.
- Retention
As long as your subscription is active, then 90 days after cancellation to let you export. Then permanent deletion.
- Subprocessors
Host, model provider and payment provider are named in our terms, with their country. Any change is announced before taking effect. To choose your own host, read the page on data sovereignty.
- Incidents
In case of a security breach presenting a risk to you, we inform you without delay with the facts, the extent and the measures taken, in accordance with the FADP.
- Data processing agreement
For the Entreprise and Cabinet plans, a data processing agreement under article 9 FADP is provided for signature.

Questions about data
Which artificial intelligence model do you use?
Language models operated on servers located in Switzerland, with a provider named in our terms. They are not trained on your data. Answers are anchored in the official texts before being worded, which limits fabrication and allows the source to be cited.
Can I delete a conversation?
Yes, each conversation and each document can be deleted individually, and the whole workspace on request. Deletion is permanent after the 30-day backup period.
Can a lawyer access my workspace?
If you decide so: you can invite an external user on a specific file, read-only or read-write, and revoke access whenever you want.
