No. Clairdex prepares, explains and sources; it represents nobody in court and does not cover litigation advice. Where the question goes beyond that, we say so, and you reach a lawyer with a file already in order, which costs less there.

What is the answer based on?
On federal law in force: the Code of Obligations, the Labour Act, the VAT Act, the Data Protection Act, and published Federal Supreme Court rulings. Every statement carries its reference, verifiable on fedlex.admin.ch and bger.ch.
Public federal sources
Is cantonal law covered?
Where it applies, we say so and cite the provision of the canton concerned: tenancy, taxation, procedure and regulated professions vary from canton to canton. If the answer depends on unpublished local administrative practice, we say so rather than guess.

How many questions for one price?
One question and its follow-ups. Two written follow-ups are included, to refine the case or clear up what remains unclear. If your question hides three, we say so before invoicing, not after.

We tell you and you are refunded. That happens where the answer depends on documents we do not have, or on an assessment that belongs to a court.
Yes: contract, letter, decision. They stay in Switzerland and are never used to train a model. The better documented the case, the more precise the answer.
Subscriptions cover recurring questions at a monthly rate with no commitment. The pricing page compares them.
It binds our work: if a law or ruling changes what we wrote within twelve months, we notify you and correct the answer at no charge.
