We open your real sources, measure volumes and extraction quality, and collect business questions from the people who will use the system. The report states what is feasible, at what cost, and above all what is not.

Pilot
A narrow scope, real users, and acceptance criteria written before anything starts. A pilot exists to support a decision, so it has to be able to fail cleanly.

Rollout
Corpus extension, integration with your tools, permissions carried over at scale, monitoring and reindexing. The subscription covers operations, agreed changes and upkeep of the evaluation set.

Why the evaluation set starts at the assessment
Without reference questions, an assisted search project is judged on a demo: you ask three questions that work and everyone is convinced. Six months later nobody can say whether the system has degraded.
The thirty to fifty questions gathered during the assessment become a replayable test. On every change of corpus, model or configuration, you rerun it and compare. It is the only way to have a factual conversation about quality.
That set belongs to you. If you change supplier, it goes with you and lets you compare honestly.
