Yes. Pricing is per seat and seats are added monthly. The 10-seat minimum covers setup.
Which models are used?
Those set in the contract, with their processing location. We favour providers that process in Switzerland and self-hosted open models.
What does management see?
Usage volume per person and themes, never conversation content unless you decide so in writing.
